about me:

I have been practicing therapy for about seven years, and have been working in the queer and trans community for over ten years. I have previously worked in community mental health, gender and sexuality education, and disability case management.

Outside of work, I enjoy music, tarot, tattoos, lattes, baking, casual astrology, reality TV and puzzles. I also read a lot of books, especially memoir and sci-fi, and am always up for book recs. I am both a cat and dog person—you’ll probably see my cat wander through our telehealth sessions!

I have a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Women’s and Gender Studies from Carleton College and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Southern Illinois University. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington.
